"I love my therapist Meghana, she was extremely patient and kind during this difficult time for me. I was in excruciating pain she has pushed me every appointment to keep going and I truly feel so much better and I can feel myself getting so much stronger ! I would definitely recommend the San Jose location all their staff are so sweet the front office made my process very smooth so far! "

"These guys taught me to walk again. Had a very difficult knee replacement and transferred here from another PT. Very aggressive therapy which is what I needed. PT’s are fantastic, machines and equipment are top notch. I highly recommend Golden Hills Therapy. They are the best. "

" I started my physical therapy treatment for my left shoulder in Golden Hills, Milpitas which was recommended by my PCP and still continuing and now I have good relief and improvement. I have received excellent treatment from my therapist, Kazumi Patel & Co-worker, Victor . They are so helpful to patients and overall, had a best experience at Golden Hills. I am so happy to recommend Golden Hills.

"I have had the pleasure of working with various staff members as well as therapists at both Golden Hills locations and I must admit I am continually given a high level of care. Everyone at the front staff are friendly, kind, and exceptionally patient. They will hallways go out of their way to make sure you have an appointment at the time and day you want. The therapists are equally kind and overqualified in providing exceptional care. Your needs are always met if not exceeded and these therapists are some of the most genuine people you will ever have the honor and privilege of knowing and getting help from. They ask so little in return and deserve all the best. I have worked the closest with Amber and Dhwani and I am treated like a real friend every time I have seen them. But then again, all the other therapists I have worked with additionally are also striving to be the best and you could see how these sessions with their patients means so much. For these reasons I highly value this incredible Physical Therapy office and am grateful to receive the best care here."

"I worked with Dhwani and Ekta at Golden Hills Physical Therapy. Both physical therapists were excellent. They understood my condition and explained very well what my issue was. They helped me perform various stretches and exercises to heal my pain and strengthen the muscles in my body. I liked trying new stretching exercises and different machines each week. I would definitely recommend these two physical therapists to other patients."

"I began having right elbow pain about a year ago after playing intensive pingpong & doing hard garden work. At times it was so painful when raising a tea mug or changing gear shift.My PCP referred me to a Physical Therapist for “tennis elbow pain.” It was a bad treatment experience.
I then tried to manage the pain myself by learning from YouTube. The pain however persisted. I requested to go to a different treatment center. This time I was fortunate to have treatment with Ms. Vidhi Patel, DPT, @ Golden Hills Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy in Milpitas . Dr. Patel knows & cares for what she does. Besides her exceptional clinical skills & knowledge, she approaches patients with care, respect & motivation. She examined status, reviewed progress & explained the next steps in treatment in every session. I was guided to exercise in the office & given clear homework to practice at home.The alternate PT & PT assistants & office staff are also knowledgeable & helpful. The equipments are new & modern.
My symptoms are significantly reduced and I’m able to resume my normal work & hobbies.
Thanks Dr. Patel & all supportive staff for healing my pain. I will continue to practice the learned to ensure long term recovery.

"I had an amazing experience at this facility, esp. Dr. Vidhi, with therapy for my wrist injury.
Injury-
I had a ski injury back in 2020. I put brace on the wrist per my PCP. The pain would go away when I put the brace but it would reflare when I stressed it. Then Id put my wrist back in brace again and it would heal temporarily. This back and forth between putting wrist in brace and over stressing it kept me trapped. The strength and mobility of the wrist going down and that started interfering with things that used to be easy e.g. typing, playing piano etc. this is when i decided to go to a ortho specialist- I had an MRI- the specialist didn't find anything that required an immediate surgery. This is when he referred me to hand therapy and thats how I found Golden Hills therapy.
Recovery:
Folks at Golden hills have been nothing but amazing. Dr. Vidhi assessed my case and started me on a therapy path that worked for me. She started with strength and mobility exercises I could approach. She continuously increased the intensity of the exercises as I got stronger. Through a course of 10 therapy sessions she took me from having trouble typing to now being able to swim and even play piano. I am grateful to have found such amazing help and my special thanks to Dr. Vidhi.

"I tried adding a review, but it timed out and was lost; so let’s try this again….
All in all, I look forward to in-person visits at this clinic, as movement has become “less fun” over time with increased pain from thoracic trauma, and this has become an important part of keeping me active and healthy.
Staff is friendly, professional, empathetic, and accommodating. I appreciate being assisted / guided with PT exercises to stay on course, the use of the TENS unit muscle stimulator, etc.

"I was send here after an injury caused by a fall. I was fortunate to have been sent to Golden Hill for physical therapy and recovery. My experience has been great; the stuff are very professionals and friendly. The therapies that worked with me was Vidhi Patel. She is well trained and dedicated to helping me. She was very helpful in all parts of recovery, from treatment and exercise to personal attention and encouragement. I would recommend this place to anyone. "

" I have taken my Mom here for physical therapy for 2 months. Riddhi is my Mom's Therapist; she is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. My Mom's 92 years old and not able to walk. At this age it's not very easy to follow instruction, but with encouragement and patience, Riddhi helped my mom to improve significantly. Now my mom able to standup from a wheel chair and walk with a walker and of course with supervision from her behind. My mom always looked forward to come to PT session and always want to meet Riddhi. I would recommend anyone needing PT help to Riddhi and Golden Hills.

"I started Physical Therapy because I suffered from bursitis in my left knee.
I was lucky to find Golden Hills PT in Milpitas..
My Physical therapist in most of my sessions was Dhwani, an excellent professional that made me feel from the first moment that she really wants to help me with her knowledge and empathy.
All the staff in the place starting from the people in the front desk, all the aides that help me with the exercices and other therapist (when Dhwani wasn't able to be there) are incredible kind, have a lot of patience and they contribute to make the place a relaxing environment that help the patient to feel sure and comfortable improving their health.
After ten sessions I know what exercises to do in my home and now I have any more pain.
I highly recommend this place."

"Fractured my ankle and fibula. Trouble even walking or balancing. Dr. Riddhi, has been my physical therapist for about 9 sessions. "I have been to physical therapy for a lot of years due to a chronic condition. Over the years, the care that I received at big name places had left me discouraged. I felt I will just have to accept and live with L side of my body affected. But what I received at Golden Hills Physical Therapy has transformed my life. I can use the left side of my body so much better. I can control my motion and perform a lot of essential tasks like standing, walking and driving. Now, I am able to do a lot with my body due to the sincere and genuine care that I received from Physical Therapists and staff at Golden hills! Vidhi and Shashi were able to listen and address my concerns, encourage me and guide me with appropriate tools to help me recover.
