  • Saad E. Shaban, PT
    Physical Therapist, Founder
    Saad was born and raised in Kasta, Egypt. He obtained his physical therapy degree at Cairo University, Egypt in 1976.
  • Shashi Brahmbhatt, PT, MHS, MBA
    Physical Therapist, CEO
    Shashi was born and raised in India. He gained experience in the early part of his career working in Chicago and Indianapolis in hospital and outpatient settings.
  • Alejandro Zamaniego
    Practice Manager
    Hi, my name is Alejandro Zamaniego. I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University where I majored in Public health and minored in business. Throughout my career I have always strived to serve my community through the various sectors in the healthcare field. I joined Golden Hills physical therapy in July 2021. I have two small children, ages 5 and 8, as well as a plethora of animals that my wife and I often refer to as our small hobby farm. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, cooking, baking, as well as trying to go to our local parks. One of my goals is to have my own farm where I can live sustainably from the land. Connecting with those around me has been something I’ve always loved to do so if you see me, feel free to say hi! I am also fluent in Spanish.

    Physical Therapist
    Vidhi Patel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2019. She is proficient in treating a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, and vestibular conditions. She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Khushbu Modi, PT
    Physical Therapist
    Khushbu completed her degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2013. She pursued her Master’s degree in “Exercise Science and Kinesiology” from CUNY in Brooklyn, New York. After becoming a licensed PT in New York she worked in orthopedic facilities and skilled nursing facilities and gained extensive clinical experience treating a diverse patient population. Upon moving back home to California, she enjoys the daily interactions with the patients and their families, and feels immense fulfillment and joy with every little milestone that is accomplished each day in the clinic. She loves spending time with her family, friends as well as staying active. Some of her favorite pastimes are: American football (Go Niners), hiking, yoga, cooking, running and listening to music.
  • Amala Sahasrabudhe, PT
    Physical Therapist
    My name is Amala Sahasrabudhe and I am a Physical Therapist here at Golden Hills Physical Therapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2018. While I enjoy treating all types of injuries, I especially enjoy treating cases that involve pelvic health, low back and knee pain. In my free time, I like to go on long runs and hikes.
  • Ektaben Dalwadi, PT

    Hello, my name is Ekta Dalwadi, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from India, which I completed in 2015. After that, I pursued a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from CUNY Brooklyn, New York. Additionally, I obtained my Post-Professional Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from TOURO University, New York. Throughout my career, I have worked in various outpatient clinics in New York as a licensed Physical Therapist and have treated patients with orthopedic conditions, gaining valuable clinical experience. In July 2022, I joined GHPT. I have a strong interest in continuously learning new things related to my profession that can benefit my patients. I hold certifications in Graston technique (Level 2), Kinesio Taping (CKTP), COMT (Certified in orthopedic manual therapy with Dr. Deepak Kumar Capri), and will soon be certified in Level 1 NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) by June 2023. I enjoy listening to my patients and using my knowledge to help them achieve their goals. Besides that, I am fond of learning about Ayurveda, cooking, watching movies, practicing yoga, working out, to be organized, and to stay active and healthy. I can’t wait to be part of your rehabilitation journey!

    Physical Therapist

    Angela is aspiring to be a doctor specializing in orthopedics. She received her degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute, Philippines in 2015. She is now working on getting her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

    Aside from her passion to promote, maintain or restore health through PT. Angela loves watching anime, playing online games with friends and outdoor activities such as archery. One of her life goals is to be able to explore and travel the world.

  • Kim Edralin, PT
    Physical Therapist
    Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Inc. in 2018; and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2022. She has grown a liking in the fields of orthopedic, sports, and pediatric rehabilitation. She aims to further specialize in the said fields. On the days when she is not in the clinic, she enjoys listening to K-pop, baking, and plays sports.

    Dhwani Zaveri is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist with a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Dhwani has a proven track record of success in providing personalized care to patients with different ages and backgrounds. She has a strong foundation in neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, and she is skilled in a variety of therapy techniques. She has a talent for creating customized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals, and she is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.

    In her current role she works with patients to address a range of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is a compassionate and patient-focused practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest level of care to every patient she works with.

    Dhwani did her doctorate of physical therapy from Arcadia university, PA. She completed her bachelor of physical therapy and masters in hospital management from India. She has practiced in 3 states – CA, NJ and KY.

    In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, and spending time with her two kids, family and friends.

    Arpana completed her Bachelor’s of Physical Therapy in India 2015 and her Master’s in Kinesiology from Dallas Baptist University 2017. She has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant since August 2019. Arpana enjoys reading and is a huge Harry Potter fan. She also considers herself a big foodie. She speaks Gujarati and Hindi.

    Hello, my name is Danae. I’ve been a student at Cal State East Bay where I majored in Kinesiology. I am wanting to have more education that focuses on nutrition so I’m currently enrolled at San Jose State University to study nutrition science. This is something I’m excited to start soon enough. What I hope to gain is more knowledge about how nutrition/healthy dieting impacts one’s life by encouraging a healthier way of living. I enjoy helping people that are in need which is why I joined Golden hills Physical Therapy in Fall of 2022 to be a patient coordinator. Besides work and school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as going to the gym.
